Stay cool with this perled up party pleaser. A cucumber and Kim Crawford cocktail will be your favourite sip for an unexpected start to any event.

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Kim Crawford Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
• 1 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 lime thinly sliced
• 12-15 mint leaves
• 1/4 cup of honey
• 1/4 cup of lime juice
• 1L of chilled sparkling water

Method

• In a large jug, combine cucumberm lime slices and mint leaves. 
• In a smaller bowl, stir together lime juice and honey until combined.
• Pour over the cucumber mix, addin the wine, stirring gently.
• Add the water, cover and chill for at least two hours
